Immerse Yourself Where Sound & Spirituality Meet
In the Foothills of the Himalayas, sits Rishikesh, the birthplace of the spiritual practices of yoga and meditation on the Holy Ganges River. Our homebase will be the all inclusive resort, Veda 5, Cooking class tucked into the mountains above Rishikesh. Daily itinerary will include yoga, meditation, bhajan & kirtan sessions, indian classical music classes, jam sessions, sound healing, spa treatments, local excursions/adventures/shopping, Ganges ceremonies and time to just BE.

Himalayan Mountain Trekking
February 20th - 24th
Arrive at the Dehradun Airport Near Rishikesh and meet with your trekking guide, Arun Paranjpe from Bliss Tours. Beautiful nature hikes, meditations and quaint accommodations await you as you work out your jet lag in inspiring scenery.
Taj Mahal Adventure
March 3 - 7th
After a flight back to Delhi, we explore the capital for one day, then head to Mathura, the birthplace of Krishna and the beginning of the Holi Festival. There will be a one day excursion to Agra that will include tours of the Red Fort and Taj Mahal led by expert local guides.
